Henry does a great job of letting the customer know when they will be there, and how long the job should take to get done. There were some problems left by the previous workers (not on Henry’s crew) and he was willing to fix their mistakes, even though they did not make them. They were willing to do so, ensuring that the place was left looking like a professional came to work and that I was satisfied with my living areas.
