After we settled on the final bill and he said he would send me an invoice marked paid in full, he contacted me the next day and asked for even more money for additional charges. With the dimensions and diagram I gave him at the start, I feel he had enough information to accurately predict the supplies he would need and include that in the estimate. I would have gladly worked with him on making modifications to stay within my budget if he would have only asked me. Very disappointed in that aspect of this project."

He then left to grab some supplies and tools and got right to work. Fixed the problem AND cleaned out the ductwork. He worked nonstop, all day. The end result was exceptional.
