Given the safety implications of this particular job (replacing old rotting railroad tie supports for a 1000sqft enclosed porch the length of the house, with proper footers, spacing, and quality posts) Pedro took all the necessary precautions to ensure proper temporary support, then final support so we can feel comfortable using the beautiful space for the first time since purchasing the house (previously we wouldn't set foot on the porch). They have gone above and beyond including digging out a huge rock buried in the soil (another landscaper offered to place sod over it), utilize extra pieces of sod to patch up a few areas in the front yard and install river rocks to help with drainage.
