"They did a $28K bathroom remodel and ran into an unexpected plumbing issue and only they could do it for the knowledge and expertise required. They and their employees was very respectful and cleaned up after the project. If you have doubts don't aces handyman and more isn't a problem creator, they are a problem solver."

"Excellent! I received photos and an estimate upon our first contact. Communication and photos continued throughout the purchase of post and mailbox to assure it was exactly what I wanted - and he arrived by 8:30 the next morning to install the new mailbox. It’s beautiful! I highly recommend his service and will continue to use him for other projects. Very pleased!"

"Leo was absolutely wonderful to work with! I had an odd job for my renovation project in Sebastian I needed done ASAP, and he was on the property the next day. Honest, reasonable pricing and quality repairs. I did not have any trusted, reliable Handymen in the area, and now I do. Thanks Leo!"

"The SKB pro was 100% better than I expected, and did a fantastic job! He repaired and re-hung shelves that had fallen in the garage, and installed a bidet in the bathroom. He was professional to the max, and paid attention to detail in all he did. I will hire him again, and I highly recommend him for your handyman needs!"

"David kindly responded to my request for a handyman on HomeAdvisor. I sent him photos of the areas I needed done. He came by to meet me and to have me show him the list of projects I needed done. He went home and made out a proposal of the costs, and I accepted it. He came the next day, and that day he completed everything I had requested. I had another company doing the painting, and they were to install the front entrance door. But because the new door was larger than the existing one, I needed the entire entrance door frame installed with the door, and David was able to do that. David also trimmed down a new bifold door. Although the door was the correct size, it was a very tight fit. David trimmed the door, and now it opens and closes very easily. David worked on multiple projects, from baseboards to bifold doors to a wireless chime doorbell. He was very professional and competent in his work. He is an excellent pro."

To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
