He carefully explained what had happened with the door. He had another appointment scheduled, so he left, but he came back in a couple of hours. He fixed the door and left the bathroom immaculate. I felt that his workmanship was very important to him. He has wonderful "people" skills and was kind and courteous. Also, I am very happy with the price of the job. It was fair and well worth it. Wilson, the owner of HHS, built us a new encasing featuring custom oversized French doors so that we could easily remove the water heater the next time we need a new one. This involved framing, drywall, and trim work - all of which was custom to our layout. Wilson took his time and did a thorough job. His work not only matched but was an upgrade.
