Ed came out and fix several plumbing related issues (vanity sink faucet leak, bath tub drain stopper replacement, broken shower head diverter and shower head replacement). He was courteous and promptly highlighted unanticipated issues (I was not at the property at the time). The rate was very reasonable and he provided a breakdown of materials and labor cost. In addition, called him again when the garbage disposal was thought to be broken and Ed came out and quickly identified we just needed to use a wrench to turn the grinder as something was stuck. He did not charge us which was super awesome and nice!"

"Called Santiago remodeling due to a leak in the bathroom. After inspection he noted that the Sewer Pipes were leaking underneath the house. It turned out to be a major job. Santiago Remodeling replaced all of sewer pipes and clean water pipes as well. In addition I decided to remodel both bathrooms so I had him do it. I am very happy with his service. If I ever need any remodeling done in my house or in my rentals he will be the first person that I will call. I inspected the job everyday and saw that they really are professional. After the job was completed he gave me USB with all the video and pictures that he took before and after the job. I never in my life received any thing like that from other contractors and I have used several in the past. I give 5 stars for this company"

He offered that if I needed a more accurate estimate, I should send him a couple of photos of the work to be done. He was running late because of an accident, and he texted me immediately to tell me that he would be late. I appreciated that. He also wore booties over his shoes in my house. I appreciate that as well. That told me that he cared about my house. I needed to have curtains removed so that the patio door could be replaced easily. He figured out that removing the track from the braces on the wall was easier than removing the curtain itself. His work was clean. He did a fantastic job. I would hire him again for any other work that I need!"
