"Good and immediate service. Ricardo is, punctual, knowledgeable and nice. Ricardo responded immediately and came over a few hours later , ready to work (compared to other service providers I had contacted, who responded by Email requesting $100 plus just to show up for "evaluation"). The problem was that the A/C blower fan has been working continuously even when the thermostat controller is in "off" position. He replaced the internal electronic board with a new board and change some of the gas line pipes into the furnace unit, to bring them up to a modern safety code. The price is a little steep but the customer is happy."

"Our experience with DNA was excellent. As soon as I contacted them, Andrew called and visited us. He quickly inpected our attic, which had had a major rat infestation and extremely old heater ducts. He gave us a reasonable estimate for cleaning and sanitizing the attic, replacing the old insulation, and installing new ducts. The crew of Ivan, Andrew, Amanda and Denicio worked quickly and were very personable, reliable and efficient. They kindly removed all the old boxes stored in the attic which was not part of the original work. We especially liked that Andrew followed up with us after the job was completed, to ensure we were satisfied, and offering to come and fix any problems we might have. We could not be happier with DNA and highly recommend them for any heating issues."

"The Tech went above and beyond to do my inspection and service. I did nor buy the yearly maintenance plan and I did not buy the $190. furnace filter ($20) at Home Depot. I had and still have a problem with the system. It makes a growling noise every 2 minutes or so. Thanks so much, anyways."

Penguin heating & Air was very quick to respond to my request, fast text reply, sent them pics, they replied with a quote, which was way lower than anyone else on this site, or even our regular guy that we normally use, we scheduled an appointment for the very next day, which was today, he also finished the job the same day! David did a very good job, very professional. Despite a terrible rainy day, he got the job done. When he was done he walked me through with exactly what he did. He also quoted me for a service on an existing unit and his quote was almost $200 less than what our regular guy charges us... We will absolutely be using this company again."

We got 3 estimates and Season Control honored an estimate we received a few months ago when we were just exploring what the replacement cost would be. They honored their “winter rate”! "This HVAC company is honest and professional, definitely the one to hire. I had another company replace my A/C units last summer and level the furnace, but the system broke down after 6 months. There were several parts of the system that they failed to repair or even inform me about. Reese spent the time to give me a fair and accurate estimate, and even encouraged me to get other estimates before hiring them! Lance the installer came out to replace my old furnace and repair a few parts of the A/C system that had been slapped together, but he went above and beyond to expand my attic access, improve the drainage and bring the whole system up to code. The A/C and heating work great now, and my family and I feel safer knowing that Lance put in the extra time to carefully check everything."
