"We had Brett and his assistant, Peyton out to repair an older heater. We had to have it fixed every year for various things. Brett took me up on the roof and explained the issues and recommended it be replaces. He was very through and knowledgeable. He gave me the cost of the new heater and said to let him know. They then drove 45 min back to Modesto and brought portable heaters to the house so there would be some heat. We were so impressed with him that we had him look at another heater on a house in the foothills, He went up on the roof in the pouring rain, something the other larger companies would not do, We had called a local company out a couple months before and the two teenagers who came out said we needed a blower motor, but never called us back with a price or anything. Turns out a dirty filter was the issue with this one which was an easy fix. He only charged 25.00. Needless to say, we had him install a new heater on one house and will have him up in a month or so to do a tune up on the other house. I would highly recommend Brett and Peyton if you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable company."
