"Habib is seriously the most thorough professional we have ever had! He expertly explained the new AC/furnace system to us so we knew precisely how the system worked, before he installed anything. He was so considerate and enthusiastic and he loves helping his customers. Our A/C unit worked so well and I know our brand new furnace will be great this winter. If I could give him 10 stars I would because he was so knowledgeable and conscientious!"

"Had the A/C and Furnace replaced, duct work for increased airflow. A very friendly and professional experience all around. Highly recommend them for any heating and A/C work."

"Super helpful, made sure the thermostat was working properly and even helped me identify an additional issue with my pressure valve that was causing my heat to not kick on properly, explaining why my new house was always so cold! 10/10."

"During a serious cold snap my 50 year old boiler died. They came as soon as I contacted them and the next day they promptly replaced it with a brand new one. My new boiler is already up and running and the temperature in my 112 year old house is heating up quickly. Great service, polite young HVAC professionals."

"Sean from Tipping Hat came on time, got to our furnace through the narrow crawl space, noticed the last service person didn't close something correctly and got our furnace working. No charge! Very courteous and professional."

"We have the maintenance program with One Hour Heating and Air Con and this was our maintenance visit, included with the annual program. Jasmine did a very thorough job, inspecting the furnace AND air conditioner that One-Hour installed last year. She was very clear in explaining what she was doing and gave us some recommendations (filters, etc.) that we can do to keep these expensive appliances in good shape. Buy the maintenance, it is worth every penny."

"I've used Applewood Plumbing, Heating and Electric in the past and have never been disappointed. Preston came to perform a routine maintenance check on my furnace and noticed a problem with my water heater (potential carbon monoxide leak). He explained the issue and contacted one of their plumbers, sent pictures and, with my approval, arranged for immediate service. He then completed the inspection of my furnace and explained the inspection & the results and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and was able to explain things in a way a non-HVAC guy could understand."

"Tipping hat is Awesome, I highly recommend them. I am so very happy with everything they did for me, plumbing, electrical & my furnace. A-#1 in my book!!"

"ARS Rescue Rooter Michael McCorry did an excellent inspection of our Air Conditioner and furnace."

"Ben came out to our house. He immediately identified the problems we had with our hot water heater. He replaced the system and made it better what we had. It happened so fast. Totally surpassed any reasonable expectations. This guy is unbelievable. I am lucky to have called Jim Needham."
