"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. Carl gave us clear options and helped us understand benefits (rebates, no interest loans, etc.) that are available from the state to assist families in our predicament. We decided to move forward with a new furnace and Carl's team installed it the next day. On the second occasion, APM helped us our central air conditioning system. Again, Carl sent a technician who arrived promptly the same day, who determined that the air conditioning system was fine but it wasn't working properly due to faulty wiring. He quickly fixed it and was on his way - all at no charge. I can't say enough about All Phases Mechanical. "We were having problems with our 9 year old Bryant gas furnace. Being new homeowners we did not know who to turn to for help. Of course it started acting up just as the weather was getting colder. It kept indicating a code 13 lock out fault and then a code 41 blower motor fault . We were so lucky to find Comfort Control Mechanical in Pittsfield. When we called Dave was immediately responsive, as were their technicians. They came right on time (which that in itself deserves kudos). Their technicians, Tyler and Louis, were amazing. They were professional and methodical in their approach to troubleshoot the problems. They got the furnace up and running again. Tyler and Louis are knowledgeable in their fields of expertise. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs such services."

"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."
