He called me with an ETA to let me know he was on his way. "We needed to install a heating system that would provide us even heat throughout our house. We contacted Lakes Region HVAC LLC to discuss options. Sam Darche’ the owner met with us and gave us his opinion. . We discussed and decided together on a a ducted heat pump system. Sam was professional, prompt, polite, and helpful. "Douglas first helped me understand which furnace was the best solution for my home and situation, when I was feeling lost and had no idea what direction to go with such a big-ticket purchase. The job was then done on time (super helpful when your furnace dies in the cold season). And the house is warmer with the new propane setup. I am happy I followed his advice. He answered all my questions. And he even saved me a bigger problem by pointing out my basement was lacking post support by the stairs and a sag had started. That was so kind of him as it was a simple fix with a couple metal beams. But I did not realize what was happening and if he had not spoken up, I think it would have progressed to me not being able to open my basement door."
