"They were here within an hour of contacting them thru Angi.com. Our heat went out the day before the Dec 22-23, 2022 subzero winter storm. Another company came out on Day 1 & had to order a part. We were still waiting on Day 6 (the Monday after Christmas) & that company was closed. E&M fixed the problem quickly AND even went up on the roof to clear the snow out of the flue.
