"Temperature control did a great job installing my new heat pump system. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their dedication. The estimation process was very great and very informative. The sales representative was knowledgeable and did not press me to make a sale. He gave me all of the options when it came to fixing my 15 year old HVAC system. Then, and only then, after I decided I needed to get a new system he talked to me about a new system. The installation process was scheduled and performed in under a week from the time of sale which was great to get it done so fast. The only issue is that that Installation Invoiced had all of the "extra details" on it and the installation technicians were not aware of these things by no fault of themselves. In addition, they were not made aware that this installation was going to be a conversion from a gas furnace to a heat pump which includes additional hookups and electrical work. This is something that the company should work on improving on in the future. The installation technicians, Robert and Dillon were very hard working. They were so dedicated and even stayed until nearly 8:00 PM to try and finish the job. They were not quite able to complete the installation that first day because of the conversion and all of the extra work required to get things working. They came back a few days later and finished the job and were so nice and professional. I really appreciate Robert and Dillon for their hard work and getting our system up and running. The customer service has been top notch and they have been so great to work around my busy schedule. Their texts with their pictures come when they are 30 min out and they give you a 2 hour timeframe for when they come out. So it is nice to see their face so you know who you are talking to and only having a 2 hour window to wait is much better than other companies that give you a 4 hour window. Overall, a great experience and I am very impressed with everything this company has done for me and I would suggest this to anyone looking for a good price, great service, dedication, and a top notch communication company. Thanks for everything."

"My heater stopped working last night around 8PM. I tried calling three other companies and could not get anyone to answer the phone or call me back until I called Superior Air and someone actually answered the phone. Superior had a tech out within an hour. I needed a new ignitor and thankfully the tech had one on his van and had heater up and going in know time. Great service and company."

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

The HVAC mechanic effectively trouble-shot some complex heating and cooling symptoms. He corrected major control system wiring mistakes that were made by a different HVAC firm that originally and incorrectly installed the system in our new home. The trouble shooting preformed was methodical and was performed in a manner that was appropriate and effective. The repairs were timely and cost effective. I highly recommend this firm."
