"Woke up to no hot water on Friday. I immediately starting thinking, "I'ts Friday, I won't even get anyone out here until Monday." I called Joyce Cooling & Heating and was told that they would have someone out that day, and that the Technician would call a half hour before arrival. Sure enough, the Technician called that afternoon and arrived right on time. Our Technician Josh, diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running within an hour! Josh was very professional, explained the problem and left the area neat and clean. I was also very happy with the cost of the repair. Thank you Joyce Cooling & Heating!"

We lost our furnace Heating in the middle of the cold snap, these guys came out and immediately found the replacement system we needed and promptly replaced the next business day. Job completed, who does that..? The owner even called us during the night and offered to bring us a temp heat source if we needed it. Fortunately we did not. We can't say enough about the service. We've always had excellent experiences with the staff who have serviced our furnace, and today was no exception. The technician, Guy, came promptly and very efficiently performed the required testing and measurements of the service procedure. Before he left, I asked for some information about future replacement of the burner and possible changes to our heating zone arrangement. He gave a very clear explanation of what to consider about making any future changes, what might potentially be involved, and answered all of our questions knowledgeably. Thanks to him we can proceed with our decision process with better understanding."

Jeff, the company owner, and his team recently replaced my very old home heating system with a high-efficiency boiler. I placed a request through Home Advisor and received a call back from Jeff the very next morning. Jeff was at the house that evening and spent an hour or more with me explaining my options in detail and answering all of my questions. I inherently knew, from that meeting, that I was dealing with an honest guy. He spoke with pride about his family and that his wife and boys are key to the success of the business. I expressed to Jeff that I was concerned about the safety of my current furnace and wanted to get it done as soon as possible. "Things went very well. The sales process involved a home visit, discussion afterwards, and follow up by e-mail messages to determine what I needed in general, what I wanted in detail, the price, and understanding about rebates. Everything was clear, up front, and complete (for example, no additional costs showed up later). Airco was patient with me and spoke at my level. Their schedule was busy and there were a couple of misses before the installation date was agreed to. It was met without being changed by them. The installer was professional and courteous and put up well with my questions. The installation was done well in the proscribed time. Old stuff was carted away and clean up was done before departure. The air conditioner and new thermostat have worked well. It has been too warm to give the furnace a significant shake down. Airco did their paperwork for rebates and supplied me with the information I needed in a timely manner. There were a few misses scheduling the QIV test, but it was done at the agreed upon time and date. Again, in a very satisfactory fashion. My overall impression is of good, honest people.
