"They called quickly and were able to come within hours, fitting me in at the end of there day at 9:00 pm. They knew what the problem was from my description and had the part with them. My heat pump was fixed in minutes. They wanted to see my furnace and saw it was covered with inches of dust and cat hair. Cleaning it out took longer than repairing the heat pump. That made such a huge difference in the function of the whole system. The furnace is quieter and cools faster now. While my unit is very old, they didn't try to scare me into a new system. But they did tell me about federal, state, and local power company rebates available when I decide to upgrade.
