Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. The differences in interior air quality, interior and exterior noise level, and our power bill are all noticeable. "The installer and his helper, were here at the time they said and got the old one out, after the water was drained, and got the new one in fast. They did have to wrestle the new one in, because of the small space I have here in my condo, but they got in in. I have used it to take a showers since, and it is great. The new one is quiet, I don't hear the flame coming on to heat the water. The temp was a little too high, but I have changed that down some."
