He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. "I've been a customer of AC Denco for about five or six years now. Always very satisfied with their service and work. My HVAC unit was old, not large enough to heat/cool the house, not very efficient and frequently needed repair, although it was getting harder & harder for Dennis to find parts for such an old unit. Last summer, while here trying to fix my old unit, Dennis, convinced me that it was time for me to get a new HVAC unit, So, I bit the bullet, and got a new, larger, much more efficient unit. He had told me that if I had a better unit, I would see a nice drop in my electric bills, because the unit would be working much more efficiently.
