"Our experience with All Phases Mechanical has been excellent. On the first occasion we used APM, we lost heat during a cold snap in the middle of winter. We called in the morning and a technician arrived that afternoon and quickly determined that not only was our 20 year old furnace in need of expensive repairs (which a friend of ours in the construction industry validated), but continuing to run it would potentially result in a carbon monoxide hazard to my family. "I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. They arrived a little early (after call me to inform me they were ahead of schedule). They then proceeded to spend the next four hours very thoroughly and carefully cleaning my two HVAC systems' air ducts. My property had been recently remodeled, so there was a lot of dust, but they also found that a lot of junk had been tossed into the floor vents from workers on the project, and so they cleaned it out. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
