"The guy that came out, his name was Tommy. He's the one that fixed the furnace. We had another company come three times trying to fix that furnace this winter, and it was not fixed. He stood in front of the furnace for a few minutes and knew what was needed to fix it. He put it in and it has worked perfectly ever since.
