"I called just minutes before 10pm and expected to be told I'd have to wait until morning for a plumbing issue. Instead Jake showed up happy, polite and willing to find and solve our issue with in 35 to 40 min. Let me tell you Jake worked on our house for 2 hours solid, determined to fix our problem. Jerry showed up after Jake had been diligently trying everything to offer an extra hand. Both Jerry and Jake then worked an additional hour before finding and fixing our issue. Let me tell you, it was now very close to 2am!!!!!! This customer service, dedication and hard work was appreciated so much! I cannot say enough good things about Jake, Jerry or this company. Very honest, hard working people. Its hard to find this type of buisness nowdays!!!!! If i ever have another issue I will only call and use Liberty Plumbing and Heating. "We recently had Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning come to our house to inspect our furnaces before turning the furnaces on during the cooler winter months and they discovered that both units had gas leaks. "I was really impressed with the service provided by Nadav and he is team. I have a thirty year old home that still had the original HVAC systems. One located in the attic and the other underneath the house. Neither of these installations was simple. The Sky Clean Air team quoted me two days to remove and install new systems. The install crew was really professional, courteous and hard working. The underneath the house install was especially difficult with a tight crawl space in a less than hospital environment. These guys were not a show up at 10 leave at 3 pm crew.......they worked long hours both days to ensure they met the promised schedule.They kept me informed any issues throughout the installation process so there were no surprises.
