There was no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. The crew showed up on time, they worked all day and into the night, and were very polite. They made a few modifications to our duct work that wasn't in the proposal, but needed to be done to increase the efficiency of the system, and didn't ask for a dime more. Once they were finished and left, the whole area was picked up and so clean you hardly knew they'd been here. Everything works great and we're very happy we hired them."

He let me know my system was slowly aging, but in good condition. He was very professional and prompt. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for a new thermostat because I can tell it is off. He checked and said it was a few degrees off and asked what kind I wanted. I will be having him back shortly to install a new thermostat. A representative came out (on time!) to review my current system and since my duct work was original to the house, it definitely needed to be replaced. It was filled with dirt, mold, and bacteria.
