"We've used them for several years now. We have a heat pump. If they weren’t all “A’s”, I wouldn’t have called them back."

"I purchased a Deal, spoke with Ken, the owner, and he was flexible about my schedule changes (due to the tile job taking longer). Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again."

"We got 5 quotes for the same job, and by far, Air 1 was the most competitive in terms of products being offered and price for services. Csaba and Joseph arrived as scheduled and immediately started working to remove the old system and install the new system. They were friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and responsive to my numerous questions and inquiries. The office coordinator, Mike, kept me informed with emails and coordinated the final inspection efficiently. Excellent work and outstanding service for a great price! Thank you gentlemen."

"Technician was on time, amiable and professional. He was thorough in examining and ensuring that both the outdoor and indoor A/C and heating unit was working and recommended any changes, which I’ll wait until the next service. I pay the company a yearly subscription fee to come out twice a year to look at the unit and it’s never failed. I’ve used Service One for years and they have not changed in their work and professionalism."

"Outstanding! Louis was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took his time to explain the various pieces of the HVAC system, and made suggestions on maintenance. He followed a long detailed checklist, and pretty much tuned-up everything. Would definitely hire for future HVAC needs."

"Saan was super honest. We had several estimates from some companies with All in the name and their estimates were 9,000 to put our ac and heating units in. When we talked to Shaan his estimate for the exact same unit was 4400 for both pieces of equipment. The other company told us we also need 1250 in upgrades for the city of Edmond code inspector. Shaan said 4400 included everything and we didn't need the upgrades. The inspector came and also verified we didn't need the upgrades. We were so shocked at how much the price difference was and how professional Shaan was. They had the units installed within a week and did an outstanding job with no hidden cost or drama. Great work and great company"

"Alex responded quickly when our AC system failed and was able to get a new system installed the same day. Very professional work. Looks and works great. Renown will be doing the regular maintenance on our system for the future."
Converting from an oil furnace to an electric furnace isn't a simple swap—the oil system needs to be completely removed before installing the electric furnace. You'll need a full electric system installation, but you might be able to reuse existing ductwork if it's up to current safety standards. You’ll need to budget for a new electric furnace installation, which costs between $1,800 and $6,200, including professional removal, proper disposal, and safe installation of the new system.
Electric furnaces are 100% efficient at converting electricity into heat. However, some of that heat can be lost as it travels through your home's ductwork or escapes through poorly insulated areas. That's why regular duct maintenance and proper home insulation are important to maximize your furnace's efficiency and reduce heat loss, ensuring consistent warmth and lower energy costs.
With proper maintenance, an electric furnace can last anywhere from 20 to 30 years, outlasting the average gas furnace's lifespan of 15 to 20 years. To keep your electric furnace running efficiently, schedule regular cleanings, tighten connections, and have inspections done before winter arrives. With routine maintenance, you’ll ensure consistent, safe heating for years to come.
The size of the electric furnace you need depends on factors like your home's square footage, climate, and insulation quality. As a general guideline, those who live in warmer climates should multiply their square footage by 30 to 35 BTUs, while those in cooler areas should multiply it by 50 to 60 BTUs.
Consulting with an HVAC professional can help you determine the exact size that's right for your home.
An electric furnace works by converting electricity into heat using high-resistance heating elements. A blower then pushes the warm air through your home's ductwork, distributing heat evenly throughout your space. Since there's no combustion involved, electric furnaces eliminate the risks associated with gas furnaces and provide consistent, reliable heating when properly installed.
An electric furnace uses between 40 and 80 kilowatts per day to heat your home. The exact amount it uses depends on factors like your home's size, insulation, and overall energy requirements. Larger homes or those with poor insulation use more energy than smaller, well-insulated spaces. A professional furnace assessment can help confirm the ideal unit size for your needs.
