I called and left a message, and Brad (the owner) called me right back and scheduled an appointment for the next day, and he even quoted the cost of the work I needed done. His employee (Jared) arrived on time, did exactly what I needed, explained everything as he did it, and charged me exactly what was quoted. If you need anything related to heating and cooling, look no further than A-Tech. I could not be happier with their work, their prices, their expertise, their customer service and their workmanship!!!"

"Our heat stopped working, of course right when it's the coldest time of the year. We contacted Aire Serv, and they were fantastic to work with. They initially thought it was our thermostat, but within two weeks, the furnace as a whole quit working. They ended up replacing our furnace and crediting the cost of the thermostat. Our old furnace was past it's recommended age. It turned out to be tough to remove, as it was the original furnace. We suspect it was built before the frame surrounding it. It required cutting into the ceiling drywall, but it was obvious their staff has encountered this in the past, and they showed their experience in dealing with such a difficult situation. You can tell that this is a company devoted to striving for excellent customer service. They answered all questions/concerns we had and made special accomodations to address our issues quickly. They care about the details like wearing booties, covering carpets/furniture, making sure not to do any damage, and performing full cleanup when the work was done. Their technical staff was great to work with, including Jaz, Charlie, Julian and Jiame (sp?). Also, the office staff of Shelly and Ryan also displayed wonderful customer service. Special kudos to Charlie who took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had about the new furnace and removing the old one. We would recommend this company to others for their Cooling/Heating needs. If you are the type of person that likes to do annual maintenance checks, I would also recommend asking about their yearly plans which includes discounts for services, free checkups, and priority scheduling."

"My furnace went out one evening I called Becky at Simply Air and Heating explained what was going with my system. She setup an appointment for the following morning Shawn was the tech that came out, he was very professional, he checked my furnace and gave me a couple of recommendations I choose to have a furnace installed He then called Mike one of the owners, which gave me a great price since I was previous customer that had a A/C installed 18 months earlier. Brayden and Galvin came to my house within 2 hours system was installed within hours They were both very professional . I would recommend Simply Air Conditioning and Heating for anyone that need their services."

"David our sales representative for purchase of our furnace and AC was very honest, professional and knowledgeable as opposed to the first company we had received a quote. We were not pressured to sign an agreement by being told that prices would go out of site because of R-22 Freon being discontinued next year. David showed us how to save from our previous quote with an economical comparable unit at a lower price, as well as yearly filters at half the price quoted by our first company. David also assured us that any damage to the ceiling installing the new unit would be repaired to our satisfaction. We received a promotional payment plan which our first company did not want to offer us until after we said we were not going to contract with them. We also received many other benefits which were not offered by the other company. Rafael and Marcello our technicians were very knowledgeable. They did an excellent and efficient job in a very short period of time. They made sure the area where they worked was clean and damaged free. Make sure you call the Cooling Company for your next project. We give them a 5 Star rating. A few days later, we had our ducts cleaned by Carlos and Donald. They were amazing and did a super job. They explained how they were going to proceed and answered all our questions. We were very satisfied with the work they did. Best company to do business with for all your needs.
