I got a phone call from them within 10 minutes. I was told he would send a technician within one hour. Thomas arrived around 3pm to take a look at the furnace. He found a dusty sensor and recommended to do the general furnace maintenance which cost as much as the visit. He was pretty professional and knowledgeable. Whole experience was great!
