Comment: Edward Isaac, HEI Mechanical, Heating & Air Conditioning, Sacramento, CA 95827 installed this Condensate Heat Pump. Due to the cold temperature- I guess - over the last 4 to 5 nights, water has been pouring out in the hall-Way fro the condensate pump. This accident makes living somewhat hazardous: cold, damp, slippery, difficult to sleep - especially when it rains during nights and early mornings. I thank you,Ed Isaac, for calling me at 3pm now as I was describing the effort needed to fix the situation: flooding by the condensate pump in our hall-Way. I TY also for offering to meet me at my residence driveway by about 7 am tomorrow- 4/18/W/7 am/18. This way, I can show you the areas affected before you get to work. I TY for all the help you could offer restoring safe operation of the furnace you installed. TY, Ed Isaac!
