After finding the issue he built over 5 estimates and as much as I would love a new system, it wasn’t in the budget and instead of just walking away he offered a reasonable priced membership which discounted my current repair! All the air gaps were sealed before adding the eco-friendly insulation and improving thermal efficiency.
