"Sorry to be so late with this review. Just as we were preparing to leave town in mid-July, 2018 our air conditioner stopped working . We called Matthew Roberts. One man came out and worked for quite a while, he called someone else they both tried several fixes, but nothing worked. We had an idea of how much a whole new AC would cost so when they gave us a quote we were ready to decide. They came out and installed the entire Trane system, inside and out, in one day so it was working when we left town. Very professional, neat, friendly and took old system away. Since then we've had a couple of issues: a snake got in the electronics of the outside unit, shut it down and a couple of other service calls were handled extremely quickly and most with no charge because unit was under warranty. Michael was often the repairman and we were extremely pleased with his work and service."

"Our dryer duct desperately needed cleaning, and so did our air ducts. However, our AC system is quite old, mildewed, and would dirty up the air vents again. Iron Air offered great deals to get our system replaced this week. Wow! We got the dryer duct cleaned out so now our family can run the dryer with confidence and efficiency. We are excited to get our new AC system installed tomorrow with cleaned air vents that will run cleaner than they have for many years. We are told the fee we paid for the dryer vent cleaning will be deducted from the overall fee to install the new AC system. Joe has been quickly responsive via text, which I greatly appreciate."

"Saan was super honest. We had several estimates from some companies with All in the name and their estimates were 9,000 to put our ac and heating units in. When we talked to Shaan his estimate for the exact same unit was 4400 for both pieces of equipment. The other company told us we also need 1250 in upgrades for the city of Edmond code inspector. Shaan said 4400 included everything and we didn't need the upgrades. The inspector came and also verified we didn't need the upgrades. We were so shocked at how much the price difference was and how professional Shaan was. They had the units installed within a week and did an outstanding job with no hidden cost or drama. Novation can in clutch. There were able to come out first thing in the morning after I dropped my kids off and school and their prices were a cheaper than most of the other quotes I received. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more.
