Melinda in the office was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to find a new part that was being phased out for my older A/C unit. Brennen was the technician who performed the repairs. He kept me informed as to what he found, what needed to be replaced, and what he was going to request, and he even went above and beyond to stress that it was imperative to get the A/C working at my house due to a bedbound parent with a broken hip. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
