"Even though I have solar heat, my electric bill was around $300 per month for four or more months. I have two furnaces and heat pumps. Temperature control cleaned the ducts (that had never been cleaned before) and found there was a 25 and 35 percent leakage. They sealed the ducts. It was at a time when I was getting ready to turn the heat off.. I've had two electric bills since. One was $70 and the latest was $60. The airconditioning in the house is very even and comfortable, not like the previous year. It will be interesting to see what my winter bills are. I expect they will be normal."

He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.
