"It was a Sunday morning and I noticed my A/C unit does not provide cool air at all. I called ServiceOne and was told that because it was a Sunday, a normal $75 diagnostic check would cost me $135. I ordered the service anyway. A technician named Guy G came a few hours later. He quickly found the problem - the refrigerant in my system is low, and added 5 lb of refirgerant to my system. The problem was solved. He just chared me the cost of refrigerant (with 10% discount for member of Angie's List), and did not even charge me for the diagnostic test! I am very satisfied with the service provided by Guy G and highly recommend ServieOne."

(I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. "HVAC system went out and needed a new one on short notice. Team Enoch responded the same day and were out 2 days later to replace the HVAC system. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. "Was referred to ARS by Lowes for a/c checkup. Appointment was to be between 10:00 am and 1:00 p.m. Although technician Kevin MarreroVargas showed up at 5:00 p.m., he was very thorough, knowledgable and professional. I had been having a problem with black dust in my condo and he explained the air purification system to me, which I was happy to purchase and he completely cleaned and installed the system in a very reasonable time period. I had net received any written information about the system which concerns me other than being told it was warranted for 5 years. I hope the system does what he said it would, but this is winter and my air doesn’t run as often so I am really looking forward to being excited to see if it does help with my situation as it warms up.
