"I needed my laundry room drain unclogged. I posted the job on Saturday night for work to be done on Tuesday morning. Jim called Sunday morning, said he was available that day. "Chris was very polite. He was punctual and gave me plenty of notice of when he would be here. He installed two huge ductless heat a/c units. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options for different units. I saw him measure at least twice and used a level to ensure everything was level. I loved his attention to detail.
