"Chris was very polite. He was punctual and gave me plenty of notice of when he would be here. He installed two huge ductless heat a/c units. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options for different units. I saw him measure at least twice and used a level to ensure everything was level. I loved his attention to detail. "Myron contacted us within 15 minutes of us submitting our information on Home Advisor and got on the job of figuring out what was going on with our 17 year old 2.5 ton HVAC unit. As a Professional Engineer with over 35 years experience in HVAC I found Myron to be very knowledgeable and honest about what my options were for getting my AC system up and running. Unfortunately we needed to replace our furnace, evaporator and condensing unit and Myron recommended the Run Tru by Trane at a very competitive price and we had his folks install the system. They showed up on time to install the system and did their work in a very professional manner. They left the job site cleaner than it was before they came. Overall we are very happy with the results and will call Myron when our other unit needs to be replaced."
