I called and left a message, and Brad (the owner) called me right back and scheduled an appointment for the next day, and he even quoted the cost of the work I needed done. His employee (Jared) arrived on time, did exactly what I needed, explained everything as he did it, and charged me exactly what was quoted. If you need anything related to heating and cooling, look no further than A-Tech. I could not be happier with their work, their prices, their expertise, their customer service and their workmanship!!!"

"Our heat stopped working, of course right when it's the coldest time of the year. We contacted Aire Serv, and they were fantastic to work with. They initially thought it was our thermostat, but within two weeks, the furnace as a whole quit working. They ended up replacing our furnace and crediting the cost of the thermostat. Our old furnace was past it's recommended age. It turned out to be tough to remove, as it was the original furnace. We suspect it was built before the frame surrounding it. It required cutting into the ceiling drywall, but it was obvious their staff has encountered this in the past, and they showed their experience in dealing with such a difficult situation. You can tell that this is a company devoted to striving for excellent customer service. They answered all questions/concerns we had and made special accomodations to address our issues quickly. They care about the details like wearing booties, covering carpets/furniture, making sure not to do any damage, and performing full cleanup when the work was done. Their technical staff was great to work with, including Jaz, Charlie, Julian and Jiame (sp?). Also, the office staff of Shelly and Ryan also displayed wonderful customer service. Special kudos to Charlie who took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had about the new furnace and removing the old one. We would recommend this company to others for their Cooling/Heating needs. If you are the type of person that likes to do annual maintenance checks, I would also recommend asking about their yearly plans which includes discounts for services, free checkups, and priority scheduling."

"Installed and replaced two new systems in both furnaces AC 2.5 and 5 tons. Price is 15% less than all other companies. Great service except technician left a little trash at attic."

I own a rental house in Vegas.  I did research on Angies list and found that other companies on Angies list did not offer the total no hassle cost and that was the chief complaint under their reviews.  So I found the Pure Plumbing review who offered one total cost that was it, no questions and no hassle, just come and install the new hot water heater. They did a great job, and cleaned up all the mess after they have left, and I could not be more happy.  I would use them again as I don't have time for monkey business.

When you do your own research of the other companies hot water deals, look at the complaint section and you will find items like :

1. Extra charge for license

3. Extra charge for this or that.

So that cheap deal wasn't a deal after all, you end up paying for it, so why don't they give you the total price like Pure Plumbing does. ?  So buyer beware and shopper beware.

"Hector arrived on time and correctly diagnosed problem. Charged only the service fee. When furnace quit again on a Saturday, he came back and correctly found problem due to age of furnace, correctly explained the longer term fix that is needed and didn't charge us a 2nd time as it was a call back. We are very happy with AC Captain and Hector and will be sure to use them again."
