"I have had Guerrero's out to several of our residential properties over the years. This company has replaced two units for us. A ground unit and a roof unit. They have also replaced old thermostats with new eco friendly ones and fixed other problems like a dead capacitor (took 15 minutes to diagnose), bad board, etc., very quickly and for a reasonable price.
