"Jake, the owner, was going to be in the area and offered to stop by and take a look at the cooling unit and see what the problem was. He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium."

"I worked with Jon a number of years ago where he was the main person in charge of maintaining our companys HVAC along with extra service calls that popped up. Jon always checked in with us upon his arrival, letting us know what he will be working on that particular day, checking in again letting us know that he was finished for the day and when he plans to return. Jon also always took the time to explain the WHY and HOW anytime I inquired further so I could get a full understanding of the problem and what we can do to ensure it does not happen again.
