"On a Friday night, our boiler shut down. We reset it and eventually, it started working on its own, but we called Jeff and left a message, because who knew whether it would stop working again. We didn't indicate that it was urgent--since we had heat at the time that we left the message--but Jeff called back shortly after we left the message anyway. He said that he'd be in our area and would take a look at the boiler the next afternoon (a Saturday). That turned out to be a good thing, since the problem recurred a couple of times overnight. And then, when it became apparent that the boiler was shutting down constantly and our problem needed to be fixed right away, he went to complete his other scheduled jobs, and then came back to our house and stayed until almost 8pm on a Saturday night to repair our boiler. The price was very reasonable too! On top of that, it's not as though we were regular customers. He never heard of us before, and yet he went waaay out of his way to accommodate us. On a scale of 1 to 10, we'd give him a 14. He's going to get all of our business from now on, and he should get yours too!"

"I found Chambers Heating and AC thru Angie's list and Stephen reached out to me the same day. We set up an appointment and Kevin came out the very next day. Kevin showed up on time and fixed our issues right away. He was kind and professional. He also gave me some tips to keep my system in tip-top shape. The price was very fair and they have gained my business. I will hire them again for future repairs and maintenance."

"Morris Heating and AC provided service that should serve as a model for all other service providers. They were consistently professional, efficient and response, ultimately installed a system at a very good price and did so urgently as we were entertaining guests from out of town. From the front office (Heather and Kaitlin) to the service manager (Greg) to the individuals who actually did the work at the house - beginning with Julin, then Blaise and finally Christos who actually installed the system, I interacted with very pleasant and effective people."

"Jeff and his Team were OUTSTANDING !!! I had to replace a very old 45 Y.O. plus Oil furnace. After calling several other companies for a comparable replacement ( including my oil provider ), Jeff was the only company that really asked about my heating needs, plan for staying in the home and even reviewed some other options that would be best for me and my family. Comfort wise and financially. We agreed on a gas system and an installation date. d/t a sudden leak, Jeff and his team moved me up into there already crazy schedule to ensure that my family didn't have any serious damage. Jeff really walked me through the entire process to have everything ready and on time to meet the progression of the job. The job was complete in no time. His team is professional, friendly, clean and respectful. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing and heating needs from now on. Thank you to Jeff and his TEAM !!! Dave B."

"Joe, the AirCo sales representative, was very professional. He actually asked for my feedback on priorities for a new boiler. This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"I've used this company for a few years, beginning with an issue I had where I needed some emergency assistance with an a/c system leaking water into the house. They fixed the issue and it cost far less than I thought it would. I've also used them for a couple heating repairs, annual furnace cleaning and a/c maintenance. I am about to hire them again since the a/c system is dying and it will need replacement since it's more than 20 years old. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone in need of a good HVAC/Heating company."

"I have a two-story single family house. Last year, Druziako HVAC replaced my first floor AC with a Carrier heat pump. I quoted 5 companies, and Druziako was honest and gave me best pricing. The heat pump worked great in summer and winter. This year I hired them again to replace my 2nd floor AC. The whole team are friendly, helpful, and very patient. Installation went smoothly and quickly. I cannot be happier with the pricing and quality of the work. I will recommend them without any doubt. Thank you very much!"

"Five Star Service! Total Comfort Mechanical planned, designed, and installed a Mitsubishi Intelli-Heat system at our home in Melrose. They seamlessly combined our existing gas furnace and ducted system with an efficient Mitsubishi heat pump to create a hybrid heating and AC system. The team exceeded our expectations. They are honest, respectful, and always maintained a positive and professional attitude. They did everything they said they would do and even went above and beyond. The technicians are skilled and dedicated, often working long hours to ensure the job was done right. We were impressed by their commitment to keeping our work sites clean at the end of each day. The planning was meticulous, the communication was excellent, and the final delivery exceeded our expectations. We can confidently recommend Total Comfort Mechanical for any heating and air conditioning projects. Thank you, Wendell and team, for making our home more comfortable and efficient!"

"I recently had Dodge Cooling and Heating install a new central AC and heating system in my house. They came out the day I called for an estimate and were honest and upfront from the start. Wonderful service, great communication throughout the process, and fair pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, THANK YOU!"

"I have been using DRB Heating and Cooling services for years now. Often times, service is completed by the owner himself, which is great. But other technicians have serviced my furnace or a/c, and theyâ  ve all done a fine job. No complaints here! Dan is reliable, competent, and a consummate professional, and he never tries to upsell. Sophia always keeps me informed, including when Dan is running late. With any repairs, one must anticipate delays, as the technician might run into unexpected complications at a previous job. I do appreciate that Sophia keeps customers informed. Itâ  s those small things that makes a big difference."
