He gave us a reasonable estimate for cleaning and sanitizing the attic, replacing the old insulation, and installing new ducts. They kindly removed all the old boxes stored in the attic which was not part of the original work. Lance the installer came out to replace my old furnace and repair a few parts of the A/C system that had been slapped together, but he went above and beyond to expand my attic access, improve the drainage and bring the whole system up to code.
