Jeff, the company owner, and his team recently replaced my very old home heating system with a high-efficiency boiler. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. "we have a crazy heating system; no one in the ten years we've had the house has really been able to figure it out. That's just life. When the heating stopped working (in January) we called Milltown. They were very responsive. We had a technician here in a day who figured out there was a leak. Finding the source, and how to isolate it was anything but simple. The tech in charge persisted (figured out, in fact that the system had been piped wrong) and solved the problem over the course of a day and a half. Many would have thrown up their hands or managed some bad technical band-aid. It was expensive (but plumbing sort of always is, and I don't think this rose to the level of unfair), but importantly the system is now better understood and there's no more leak. On top of that all of my questions were answered and the work was done well. Highly recommended."
