"Scott was able to come out quickly and diagnose the issue I had with my old heat pump. He gave me options to repair or replace. Considering the age of my heat pump was far beyond its expected lifespan, I went ahead and asked him to replace it. He got the parts ordered right away and I had a new unit within a few days. "Be careful about them asking for money for a heater tuneup. You dont tune a heater you might replace the relay which they did and you might replace the capacitor like they did and they put a lot of effort cleaning the unit inside and out but was charged for a tuneup whatever that means Overall 4+start just dont let charges pile up. Justin did a great job keeping prices low and industry standard"

"Jake, the owner, was going to be in the area and offered to stop by and take a look at the cooling unit and see what the problem was. He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium."
