"Our A/C unit was giving us trouble and was the original unit from when the house was built along with the furnace. I called out 5 different companies to get quotes on replacing both A/C and the Furnace, Steve Bilica from Home Comfort Systems came out looked at what I had then came in and sat down with me and started to tell me about himself and his company which really made it more personal and made me feel more confident that I was hiring the right company for the job. Steve was up front and honest with me answered all my questions and gave me what I considered the best price out of all of the companies that came. Both Mike and Rich came out around 8:30 in the morning and were finished by 2 PM. Both Mike and Rich were very professional and respectful of our home, they laid down drop cloths to cover the stairs and on all carpet area's that they would be working which was very much appreciated. He was able to get me scheduled within a few days to get the work done and the work was done very well! There was an issue with some of the old wiring in my house that came up during the installation which caused the fuse to blow when the A/C/Heat turned on and he took the time (2-3 hours) to replace the wire to ensure the A/C worked without issues in the future."
