"It was a Sunday morning and I noticed my A/C unit does not provide cool air at all. I called ServiceOne and was told that because it was a Sunday, a normal $75 diagnostic check would cost me $135. I ordered the service anyway. A technician named Guy G came a few hours later. He quickly found the problem - the refrigerant in my system is low, and added 5 lb of refirgerant to my system. The problem was solved. He just chared me the cost of refrigerant (with 10% discount for member of Angie's List), and did not even charge me for the diagnostic test! I am very satisfied with the service provided by Guy G and highly recommend ServieOne."

Novation can in clutch. There were able to come out first thing in the morning after I dropped my kids off and school and their prices were a cheaper than most of the other quotes I received. I really appreciate Jackson. He showed up replaced the capacitor, found and fixed a leak in the copper pipes, and completely recharged the system."
