The whole team are friendly, helpful, and very patient. Installation went smoothly and quickly. The heat pump works great. My old oil based hydronic system was wired correctly as the backup heat source. Morris, the service tech, is smart, and figured out how to wire a complicated system. I cannot be happier with the pricing and quality of the work. I will hire them again to replace my 23 year old AC for the 2nd floor next spring. Thank you very much!"
