"It has been years since we had a home security vendor and professional monitoring. Finally got around to re-adding security to our list of home services. It was more than time. Tried a package from amazon but had issues from the start. Ended up returning it. ADT ended up saving the day. We didn’t want to waste any more time with cheap security products. ADT had been the perfect fit for what we were looking for and needing."

"Excellent service! Very pleased with Arthur, his professionalism and technical skills. I highly commend him to anyone wanting to install a security system."

"Professional, Reliable, and Skilled! Mr. Clyde installed my storm door and did an excellent job from start to finish. He arrived on time, was very professional, and made sure the door was level, secure, and working perfectly before leaving. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and the final result looks great. I’m very pleased with his work and would definitely hire him again for future projects.”"

"I feel very secure now when I go to the mail box or garden. If I ever need help, I can just push the pendant"

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"The work was good. However, I think that a less expensive monthly service could be found."

"install was fine and timely.  The service and contract with ADT as well as having gone through a local installer has been a nightmare.  I've quoted and re-quoted the actual contract on numerous occasions.  ADT corporate has repeatedly tried to state my contract is 38 months although the contract is 3 years (36 months).  The quality of service for a service company is poor and I've decided to pay the cancellation fee rather than taking their services with me for my next home.

"Yvette Pringle provided courteous and professional feedback to me when I called to inquire about a new home security system.  My situation was unique because we were trying to find something that would work for a deaf person.  I appreciated that Yvette did her research to find out what would work.  She also offered different options in terms of a package and plan.  We did end up going with another company, but I really did want to recognize Yvette for her work.  She was very polite and helpful.
