The work that was done by the technician Steve was down right perfect. MSI was very accommodating and understanding with our schedules as Steve needed to come out twice due to an issue that needed to be resolved with our HOA. Upon completion the technician answered our questions very clearly and even stayed around to make sure that every thing worked as we wanted all throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company and we are considering hiring them again to add additional cameras to our system in the future."

I did have special request for install because I had purchased my own alarm system on Ebay= buyer beware - my main unit did not function so I was given the choice to buy a new one with Homesafe, or they would not come back for second install.
