Service person was polite, friendly, and had repair done in under an hour. One issue: When I rec'd the invoice, was charged for time for two repair men, when only one was sent. Had even had our repair person change the repair order to indicate only one person when I signed for the repairs. Called and was issued a new invoice immediately with correct charge, but invoicing dept. needs to pay closer attention before invoicing."
