He was on-time. He even called a day earlier to let me know that he can come earlier on Sat. since his schedule has opened up and I had indicated that I am interested in an earlier appointment.

I was very happy with the way he completed the job. He paid close attention to details and making sure that the faucets are replaced correctly. Re-caulking took longer than expected since an adhesive material was used but he did a great job getting rid of the old adhesive material and cleaning up the counter tops.
