"Scheduler set us up for a "free estimate" which is what we expected. Technicians diagnosed issue and proceeded to recalibrate and balance surround sound speakers. It took more than an hour to do this, and we were never asked if we wanted this to be a service call that we would pay for. What they did really helped and solved some of our issue, so I asked them how much we owed them and they charged $119. I paid without complaint, because they did work that resulted in my sound system improved, but there was definitely a lack of communication between what they were expected to do and what they did."

"I'm a Director of IT and have working with cable and wiring (and the associated professionals) for years. I know my own limitations, however, and knew I couldn't do a professional job myself. I contacted CJ through HomeAdvisor, and he communicated with me immediately, from the first minute. Using a Field Service application he kept me informed when I was scheduled, when they were on their way, then they took a break and when the job was completed. My house is newer, but not designed with network wiring in mind. CJ and team, however, was able to work around all of that and install the needed drops so they look like they are part of the original design. I am reviewing Wiremonkey so high, not just based on the job they did, but on some of the future -proofing they did. Instead of doing "just enough," they did a quality job, including laying out an infrastructure that can be expanded as needed. My thanks to them for a job well done!"
