"SafeStreets security system is incredibly reliable and easy to use. The app is intuitive, and the home automation features are a game-changer. I love being able to monitor my home from anywhere. Great service all around."

"It has been years since we had a home security vendor and professional monitoring. Finally got around to re-adding security to our list of home services. It was more than time. Tried a package from amazon but had issues from the start. Ended up returning it. ADT ended up saving the day. We didn’t want to waste any more time with cheap security products. ADT had been the perfect fit for what we were looking for and needing."

"Josh Cate scheduled my wish list for new kitchen in an old house. He was timely, efficient, dependable and professional. I highly recommend Hammer2 Nail. My sister plans to use his skilled services for her home project."

"He was very knowledgeable about his trade and was very good at staying in touch throughout the whole project. With a new tankless water heater along with a water softener installation, Shon has updated my home for the better. Will recommend him to all my friends!!"

"My house is old and lacks outlets so I hired Tony for a few simple outlet installations so I could plug in more stuff. I also asked for a general breaker panel inspection because as mentioned this house is old and has been added on to over the years, so by the time I got it, there were four breaker panels. The inspection revealed that some of the circuits were getting dangerously, insanely hot, and that this is the kind of thing that causes deadly house fires, especially in older homes like mine. Horrified, yet relieved at the revelation, I immediately authorized a complete fix. It was an unexpected expense but I’m not understating it when I say it was also a lifesaver. I would urge all homeowners who aren’t sure what’s in their walls to hire the appropriate professionals to find out. A general home inspector will not necessarily be this thorough. Thanks again to Tony and his crew for fast, professional service!"

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"The work was good. However, I think that a less expensive monthly service could be found."
