"It has been years since we had a home security vendor and professional monitoring. Finally got around to re-adding security to our list of home services. It was more than time. Tried a package from amazon but had issues from the start. Ended up returning it. ADT ended up saving the day. We didn’t want to waste any more time with cheap security products. ADT had been the perfect fit for what we were looking for and needing."

"Not sure if there are enough positive words to rate Brian's work ethic, his knowledge base and all he brings to the table on a home security system install. In this case, he was putting in a Lorex system that was gifted to us. He did all the installation, hardwired, and it was all in place. Unfortunately, the cameras were somehow not compatible with the recorder. New cameras were ordered & received and he quickly returned to finish the install. Brian has the patience and mental toughness to figure out any problem he encountered here. I would trust his work for anyone considering a security system install, this guy is top notch! Don't use anyone else!"

"Excellent professional service, would highly recommend."

"Tim installed 2 wall mount frame TV’s and a “Ring” Alarm system with cameras in my home! He did a great job! He was very helpful in determining the products I needed and determining the best location to install the security cameras, lights & other devices. He’s very knowledgeable about the products and did a terrific job demonstrating and explaining how everything worked! He did a great job removing all the boxes and cleaning up work area after he finished the job! Great guy! I’ll continue to use him for all my audio-visual and security needs and won’t hesitate to refer him to others! Thank you Tim!!!"

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."
