"Mike initially came and looked over the property. He advised me what he could do and what was needed. I told him I would only be doing part of what he suggested at this time and he had no problem with my plan and gave me two invoices---one for the exterior walls and one for the attic. He was excellent in explaining what was needed and could not have been nicer and more

A few days after I accepted the bid, his crew arrived. They could not have been more professional or nicer. The crew foreman took the time to explain to me what they were doing and answered all my questions. By the end of the day, the job was finished. The project could not have gone more smoothly. "Atticare did a thorough evaluation of the home. Because the soffits were in disrepair, there was a pest issue. Atticare did a great job coordinating with the roofers. The old insulation was removed and the area was inspected for pests, cleaned and sanitized. They returned after the repair to make sure all was sealed, and installed the new insulation. They also helped lay down some plywood for some flooring in the space as an extra. Before doing their work, they laid down material to protect the floor and removed everything cleanly. They were efficient with their work and I was pleased with the job they did. The job was priced as quoted with no surprises. Marlon and Luis coordinated the job and were friendly, professional, and experienced."
