"GoGreen was very punctual and considerate of my time. From estimate and install, both on time. I had 10" of blown in cellulose, air sealing,, software venting and electrical sealing. Very competitive pricing and believed the work was done as described. Install went well and cleanup was great. They left the house as clean as they entered. I was able to look over work before paying and before they left. I would recommend GoGreen for your next insulation job."

Small jobs welcome
"Chris and Beau did and excellent job completing the removal of old insulation in our attic space and installing new insulation. The work was done well and in a timely manner. We immediately notice the difference in a stable temperature on our second floor. I was however most impressed with the approach to communication they took with the estimate and the overall job. Chris clearly explained the process and did not try to upsell additional work we did not need. They showed up on time and did what they committed to doing. Just like they mention on the website, you can tell they take the same came they would with their own home. We have already scheduled them to do additional work at our house!"

"My job was scheduled quickly, and got done in less than 2 hours. They could have done better by raking and grating insulation even. Lots of low places specially over garage. Could use better customer Communication."

Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.
It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.
Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
